LONDON (Alliance News) - Gaming Realms PLC said its chief executive bought shares in the company on Thursday.
Patrick Southon has acquired 400,000 shares at 25.00 pence per share, making the transaction worth GBP100,000.
As a result, his holding in the company is 11.6 million shares, or 4.7% of the issued share capital.
Shares in Gaming Realms were up 0.8% to 24.82p on Thursday.
