(Alliance News) - Gabelli Merger Plus Trust PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Kuni Nakamura has retired with immediate effect.
"The directors are very grateful to Kuni for his wise counsel and contribution to the board which he joined prior to the company's launch in June 2017," Gabelli Merger Plus said.
Earlier in the day, asset management company Gabelli Merger Plus Trust said Non-Executive Director Alex Hammond-Chambers had stepped down as well.
Chambers's resignation was also effective immediately.
Shares in Gabelli Merger Plus closed untraded on Monday in London, last quoted at USD8.90 each.
