Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust PLC - investment firm - Reports net asset value per share excluding income at USD9.52 as at the end of June compared to USD9.82 at the same time a year earlier. Maintains dividend payment at USD0.48 a share. Share price at June 30 stands at USD7.50, representing a 20% discount to NAV. "Early signs of a recovery in M&A activity have begun to emerge, and absent a significant Covid-19 second wave hindering economic reopenings, we remain optimistic on the opportunity sets for our team in the second half of the year," said Chair Marc Gabelli.
