LONDON (Alliance News) - Glanbia PLC Tuesday said that Chairman Liam Herlihy will retire in May 2015, following the company's next annual general meeting.
Herlihy joined the board in 1997 and was appointed vice chairman in 2001, then chairman in 2008.
Glanbia shares were trading 1% higher Tuesday afternoon, at 11.19 pence.
