LONDON (Alliance News) - Performance nutrition and ingredients group Glanbia PLC Tuesday said that Mark Garvey has been appointed as group finance director, replacing Siobhan Talbot who is now the group managing director.
Garvey joins Glanbia from food and beverage company, Sara Lee Corp, where he was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer until 2012.
Glanbia shares were trading 0.4% lower Tuesday afternoon at 10.56 cents per share.
