LONDON (Alliance News) - Glanbia PLC Monday said non-executive director Michael Keane sold 6,136 shares in the company at a price of EUR10.31 per share on Friday.
Glanbia said that following the transaction, Keane now holds 30,770 shares in the dairy and nutrition company.
Glanbia shares closed up 1.7% to EUR10.58 pence Monday.
