LONDON (Alliance News) - Satellite equipment provider Global Invacom Group Ltd Wednesday said it is set to buy Israel-based OnePath Networks Ltd.
The company didn't provide any financial details about the proposed acquisition in a short statement. It said a number of conditions need to be met for the deal to complete, mainly related to the sellers, but it expects these conditions to be satisfied in about 45 days.
OnePath Networks Ltd principally provides telecoms products for the commercial, government and military markets.
Global Invacom shares were down 8.4% at 19.00 pence in London Wednesday morning, though they were up 1.2% at SGD0.430 in Singapore.
