DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Gooch & Housego Chair's Associate Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Gooch & Housego PLC said Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated with Chair Gary Bullard, purchased shares in the optical products company in a transaction on Thursday.

Sullivan acquired 2,100 shares at a price of 986 pence each, totalling GBP20,706.

Shares in Gooch & Housego were trading 5.5% higher on Thursday at 1,006.49p each.
