LONDON (Alliance News) - Georgia Healthcare Group PLC on Wednesday said Deputy Chief Executive Giorgi Mindiashvili disposed of 14,000 shares over three transactions.
Mindiashvili sold 5,000 shares for a total of GBP11,690 on Thursday last week, before selling 5,000 shares for GBP11,650 on Friday and then 4,000 shares for GBP9,307 on Monday.
Mindiashvili's holding following all three disposals has not been disclosed.
Shares in Georgia Healthcare closed up 1.7% at 241.00 pence on Wednesday.
