LONDON (Alliance News) - Georgia Healthcare Group PLC said on Tuesday that Deputy Chief Executive Officer Giorgi Mindiashvili has sold around GBP30,741 in stock in two transactions on Thursday and Friday last week.
On Thursday, 10,599 shares were sold at a price of GBP2.01233 per share, while on Friday 4,587 shares were disposed for GBP2.05203 each.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Mindiashvili now holds following these transactions.
Shares in the healthcare firm remained flat at 200.00 pence on Tuesday.
