LONDON (Alliance News) - Greka Engineering & Technology Ltd Monday said Randeep Grewal, chairman and chief executive, has seen his interest in the company rise.
GRECAP Ltd, a company in which Grewal is beneficially interested, bought 37.1 million shares in Greka at 0.8 pence per share on Monday.
Grewal is now directly and indirectly beneficially interested in a total of 396.9 million Greka shares, or an 96.89% stake in the company.
Shares in Greka closed down 2.9% at 0.801p Monday.
