LONDON (Alliance News) - Greka Engineering & Technology Ltd on Friday said GRECAP Ltd purchased 125,807 shares in the company priced at 0.8 pence each.
Chairman and Chief Executive of the company, Randeep Grewal, is interested in GRECAP and now holds a total interest in 398.6 million shares in Greka, equal to a 97.30% stake.
Greka shares closed flat at 0.800 pence on Friday.
