LONDON (Alliance News) - Greka Engineering & Technology Ltd Thursday said GRECAP Ltd purchased 187,265 shares in the company priced at 0.8 pence each.
Chairman and Chief Executive of the company, Randeep Grewal, is interested in GRECAP and now holds a total interest in 398.5 million shares in Greka, equal to a 97.27% stake.
Greka shares closed down 3.0% to 0.8 pence per share on Thursday.
