LONDON (Alliance News) - Greka Engineering & Technology Ltd said Randeep Grewal, chairman and chief executive, has seen his interest in the company rise.
The update came after GRECAP Ltd, a company in which Grewal is beneficially interested, bought 187,000 shares in Greka at 0.8 pence per share.
Grewal is now directly and indirectly beneficially interested in a total of 358.0 million Greka shares, an 87.41% stake in the company.
Shares in Greka closed up 5.5% at 0.870p Friday.
