LONDON (Alliance News) - Greka Engineering & Technology Ltd on Monday said GRECAP Ltd bought 1.2 million Greka shares at 0.8 pence each.
Greka's Chairman and Chief Executive Randeep Grewal is beneficially interested in GRECAP and as a result is now both directly and indirectly interested in 327.8 million shares representing 80% of Greka's issued share capital.
Shares in Greka closed down 3% at 0.8p on Monday.
