LONDON (Alliance News) - GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd on Friday said it is planning to raise GBP30 million under its existing placing programme.
GCP did not provide any pricing details on the offering, but said the funding will be used to back investment opportunities it has identified.
It said it will provide a further update after it has announced its net asset value per share for May 29, which it intends to do by June 3.
