GCM Resources PLC - mining and energy company - Shares suspended from trading on AIM market of the London Stock Exchange due to failure to finalise the appointment of a replacement nominated adviser, following Strand Hanson Ltd's resignation as nominated adviser and broker. Warns that should it fail to secure a replacement within one month, admission of its shares to trading will be cancelled but assures it is confident one will be appointed soon.
