LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontera Resources Corp on Thursday said its shares will leave London's AIM market and it will "continue to advance its work as a private company".
The oil and gas exploration firm's shares were suspended in late December after nominated advisor Cairn Financial Advisers LLP resigned.
This gave Frontera one month to appoint a replacement, a deadline which falls on Friday, when shares will be cancelled.
Shares in Frontera Resources jumped by over a tenth on Monday after the oil and gas explorer said it estimated up to 8.29trn cubic feet of in-place gas at the Mtsare Khevi project in Georgia. In a statement released on Monday, the London-listed group said there could be as much as 6.15trn cubic feet
