LONDON (Alliance News) - Cyber security company Falanx Group Ltd on Tuesday said it has appointed Mike Read as its non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
Read has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, media and technology sector, Falanx said.
He will replace Karl Barclay, who announced in November he was stepping down.
Shares in Falanx were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 6.89 pence.
