LONDON (Alliance News) - Security and risk management consultancy Falanx Group Ltd on Friday said Executive Chairman Karl Barclay will retire from the role in March 2016.
Barclay founded Falanx's Stirling Assynt subsidiary and has been executive chairman of the business since it listed on AIM in 2013.
The group has started the search for a non-executive chairman to replace Barclay.
Falanx shares were down 15% to 12.05 pence on Friday.
