First Derivatives PLC - Newry, Ireland-based consulting and software company - Juliana Conlon intends to sell at minimum 2.2 million shares in the company, representing around an 8.0% stake. Based on Wednesday's closing price, 2.2 million shares would be worth GBP59.4 million. She will sell the shares via an accelerated bookbuild through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, decreasing her stake to 15% from 23%. Has agreed not to sell off her remaining shares for a period of 180 days.
