LONDON (Alliance News) - First Derivatives PLC said Chief Financial Officer Graham Ferguson sold 40,000 shares at a price of 1,500.0 pence per share on Friday.
Following the transaction, Ferguson holds 172,647 shares, representing a 0.74% stake in First Derivatives.
First Derivative shares closed up 1.7% to 1,525.00 pence per share on Friday.
