LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier Developments PLC said Rockspring, a company owned by Chairman David Gammon and his family, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 200.0 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Gammon is interested in 301,720 shares, representing 0.9% of the company's total issued share capital.
Shares in the video game company were up 3.8% at 200.80p Wednesday.
