Audioboom Group PLC - London-based podcast producer - Non-Executive Chair Michael Tobin buys 3,614 shares at 827p, worth GBP29,888, on Monday. Now has 313,656 shares. On Monday, All Active Asset Capital Ltd withdrew its possible takeover offer for Audioboom after finding the company's response to the offer "difficult to understand". The offer was worth 200 pence plus 12.5 new All Active shares, for each Audioboom share. More positively, Audioboom on Monday said 2021 revenue will be "significantly in excess" of management's expectations at the time of its first-half results. Audioboom shares were up 11% on Tuesday at 925.00p, having fallen 6.4% on Monday.

Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC - Cheshire-based veterinary drugs and related products - Tony Griffin, managing director of Dechra Veterinary Products EU, sells 17,500 shares at GBP50.01, worth GBP875,261, on Friday last week. Dechra says Griffin's sale was for "long-term personal financial planning considerations" and to "widen his investment portfolio". Griffin retains 28,150 shares.

Springfield Properties PLC - Morayshire-based housebuilder in Scotland - Chief Executive Officer Innes Smith and wife Eilidh Smith sell 30,000 shares in total at 152p, worth GBP45,600, on Tuesday.

Gresham House PLC - specialist asset manager - Non-Executive Director Simon Stilwell subscribes for 11,000 shares at 910.00p, worth GBP100,100, on Friday last week as part of Gresham House's GBP40 million placing and offer via PrimaryBid. Stilwell now has 16,000 shares.
