LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish property and casualty insurance business FBD Holdings PLC Monday said Paul D'Alton has joined the group as interim chief financial officer following the retirement of Cathal O'Caoimh.
D'Alton will assume the role on an interim basis for approximately one year.
FBD said D'Alton "has extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles in the general insurance, banking and manufacturing sectors."
Shares in FBD were untraded on Monday, last quoted at EUR6.90.
