(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC - Alison Platt, former CEO of Countrywide PLC, hired as non-executive director, from Sunday. Platt left the property services firm amid a profit warning at the start of 2018, having served since 2014. Prior to that, she was responsible for international development markets at healthcare group Bupa.

Matomy Media Group Ltd - Harel Locker steps down as external director for personal reasons, effective immediately. Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer Ilan Tamir joins the board.

SIMEC Atlantis Energy Ltd - Andrew Dagley steps down as CFO on Saturday but remains executive director on board, leading the financing of the Uskmouth waste-to-energy project. Stephen Hutt, who joined Atlantis as part of the acquisition of Green Highland Renewables last year, replaces Dagley as CFO from Sunday, based in SIMEC Atlantis's Edinburgh head office.

JLEN Environmental Assets Group Ltd - Stephanie Coxon hired as non-executive director from June 11, the planned date of the company's annual results announcement. Coxon, a Guernsey resident, is capital markets director at accountants PwC CI, specialising in investment trusts and real estate investment trusts, but will be leaving PwC on March 20.

Scapa Group PLC - Pierre Guyot resigns at non-executive director from Saturday for personal reasons.

Hilton Food Group PLC - Rebecca Shelley hired as non-executive director from April 1. Was global corporate affairs director at inter-dealer broker TP ICAP PLC and communications director at grocer Tesco PLC.

Spectris PLC - Russell King retires as non-executive director from May 22, ahead of annual general meeting.

CRH PLC - Patrick Kennedy and Henk Rottinghuis to step down from board at April 23 AGM.

Town Centre Securities PLC - Property Director Lynda Shillaw to leave board and company on October 31 to focus on non-executive director career.

FBD Holdings PLC - Joe Healey steps down as independent non-executive director from May 8 AGM.

Cenkos Securities PLC - Acting Chair Jeff Hewitt retires from board. Non-Executive Director Jeremy Miller becomes acting chair until Lisa Gordon's regulatory approval.
