LONDON (Alliance News) - FBD Holdings PLC Wednesday said Chief Executive Andrew Langford exercised share options over 90,000 shares at a price of EUR7.45 per share and subsequently sold 67,000 shares at EUR16.40 each.
Following this transaction, Langford holds 75,000 shares, which represents 0.22% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the Irish insurance company were up 0.6% at EUR16.30 Wednesday afternoon.
