Thu, 16th Jun 2016 07:39

LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Falcon Acquisitions Ltd has raised GBP163,000 via a share placing to back its acquisition strategy.

Falcon said it raised the funds through the issue of 815,000 shares at 20.00 pence per share. Falcon shares were untraded early Thursday, having last traded at 17.10p.

The company floated in London in January 2016 seeking to make acquisitions in the mobile, online television and broadcasting sectors with a focus on 'over-the-top' content, meaning media content that is delivered via the internet.

The funds will be used to back this strategy.
