Exillon December Production Down Slightly Against November

Thu, 22nd Jan 2015 10:07

LONDON (Alliance News) - Exillon Energy PLC on Thursday said production from its two Russian assets slowed in November, breaking its run of increasing production in the previous four months.

Exillon said its average daily production from its operations in Timan-Pechora and West Siberia fell to 17,558 barrels of oil per day, down from 17,808 barrels in November. The rise in November had marked the fourth consecutive monthly rise in production.

Average daily production from Timan-Pechora was 3,472 barrels per day, slightly higher than the 3,455 produced in November, but this was offset by a small drop from its West Siberia production to 14,086 barrels from 14,353 in November.

Combined peak daily production was 18,487 barrels per day, a slight decrease on the 18,492 reported in November.

Exillon shares were up 2.1% to 134.00 pence on Thursday.
