(Alliance News) - Empiric Student Property PLC said on Tuesday it expects to meet expectations for 2019.
The student accommodation operator forecasts its operating margin to exceed 67% with administrations costs to be in the region of GBP10 million.
The company also said that the dividend cover for the year will be 85% after announcing in May that it is targeting paying an aggregate total of 5.0 pence per share in 2019, unchanged from 2018.
Empiric will present its half-year results for the six months ended June 30, on August 20.
Shares in the company were 0.6% higher at 92.43 pence in London on Tuesday morning.
