LONDON (Alliance News) - Empiric Student Property PLC on Wednesday said it has acquired Europa House, a student accommodation development in Portsmouth, for a total investment of GBP21.3 million.
Empiric has acquired the site and entered into a forward funding arrangement for Europa House, located in central Portsmouth, close to the University of Portsmouth.
Once complete, the property will be managed through the Hello Student operating platform. It is due to be completed in time for the 2017/18 academic year.
Empiric shares were down 0.1% at 110.85 pence.
