(Alliance News) - Adhesive products manufacturer Scapa Group PLC on Monday said it appointed Tim Miller as a non-executive director effective immediately.
Miller is also a non-executive at both FTSE 250-listed Clarkson PLC, a shipping services firm, and at fellow mid-cap Equiniti Group PLC, an outsourcing company.
Scapa Chair Larry Pentz said: "On behalf of the board, I am delighted to welcome Tim to Scapa as a non-executive director. With thirty years' experience across a number of industries, including healthcare, Tim is a highly knowledgeable and experienced board level executive.
"Tim's experience will be invaluable to Scapa as we continue make further progress against our operational and financial objectives through rigorous execution of the strategy."
Scapa shares were 0.7% lower at 281.55 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
