(ShareCast News) - Home energy solutions provider Entu has announced that its corporate development director Darren Cornwall will step down from its board in order to work "on a more flexible basis."In statement on Monday, the AIM-listed company confirmed that Cornwall will continue to play a key role in exploring and developing acquisition opportunities which have the scope to add value to the Group's product and service offering.The said change will be effective from 15 April.David Forbes, chairman of Entu, said, "We are delighted to retain Darren Cornwall's extensive experience and expertise in pursuing corporate development opportunities for Entu."He played an important role in our IPO and as director since then, and we would like to thank him for his contributions. We welcome this more flexible basis as a good arrangement for the Group and Darren."At 1248 BST, Entu shares were up 1.12% or 0.70p at 63.20p.
