Ethernity Networks Ltd - Israel-based network data processing technology provider - Enters new distribution arrangements for field-programmable gate array hardware systems-on-chips and systems solutions with "leading distribution and semiconductor trading companies" in Taiwanese, South Korean, and Japanese markets. Believes arrangements will lead to new commercial engagements, mostly with original equipment manufacturers in the Asian marketplace.
Ethernity also announces it fulfilled an order from a Tier-1 Japanese OEM for a number of its ACE-NIC100 FPGA SmartNICs, at the end of 2021. It is now working with the manufacturer towards adapting the SmartNIC for their 5G virtualisation environment.
Chief Executive Officer David Levi says the order was "a sign of confidence from the industry of the quality of products being offered by Ethernity."
