Atalaya Mining PLC - copper concentrates and silver by-product producer in Spain - Chief Executive Officer Alberto Lavandeira buys 40,000 shares at average 310.00p, worth GBP124,000, on Friday. Now has 280,000 shares, a 0.2% stake.

PZ Cussons PLC - Manchester-based personal and home care and beauty products - Non-Executive Director Jitesh Sodha buys 22,200 shares at GBP2.47, worth GBP54,930, on Friday. On Thursday last week, PZ Cussons said it expects adjusted pretax profit in the financial year that ended May 31 to be ahead of consensus expectations of GBP63 million to GBP64 million and of the prior year figure of GBP62 million.
