Staffline saw a 26% leap in shares today after it announced that full year earnings are expected to be "significantly ahead of current expectations".Andy Hogarth, chairman and chief executive of the recruitment and training specialist said, the group is "encouraged by the ongoing levels of interest in our products and services from new clients and so are confident that our model will allow us to operate profitably and to continue to grow."Shares in oil firm Empyrean rose by 11% today after a well at the Hercules Prospect in Texas, in which it has a 10% interest. The group's executive director Tom Kelly said "it is great to see some success at the Hercules Prospect and nice stable early production. This well has not had to be stimulated and is flowing oil and gas at a rate that has gradually improved since the well was brought on".
