LONDON (Alliance News) - Everyman Media Group PLC said Friday a trust related to Chairman Paul Wise bought shares in the company.
On Friday, Everyman Media said the Paul Wise Family Trust acquired 12,730 shares at 195.00p for GBP24,823. Following the deal, they now hold a combined 3.3% stake in the company.
Earlier on Friday, the company said Wise, through his family trust, bought 12,796 shares at 194.00 pence each for a total of GBP24,824. It also said Executive Director Adam Kaye acquired 75,000 shares at 199.99p for GBP149,992, and he now holds a 7.4% interest in the company.
Everyman Media shares closed 1.0% up at 196.50p on Friday.
