LONDON (Alliance News) - Everyman Media Group PLC said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Adam Kaye bought GBP56,477 worth of shares in the company.
Kaye purchased the shares in three separate transactions.
Last Thursday, he bought 8,750 shares at 214.85 pence each. On Friday, he acquired 7,500 shares at 215.0p and yesterday he bought 10,000 shares at 215.25p.
The total aggregate number of shares bought is 26,250 shares at an average of 215.2p each.
Following the deal, he holds 5.4 million shares in the company representing 7.67% stake.
Shares in Everyman were trading 0.5% higher at 216.00p.
