LONDON (Alliance News) - Everyman Media Group PLC said Friday Non-Executice Director Charles Dorfman acquired 500,000 shares in the company in three separate transactions.
Dorfam acquired 60,000 shares at 204 pence, 377,000 shares at 202p and a further 63,000 shares at 202p on Wednesday and then Friday, respectively.
Following the total GBP1.0 million purchase, Dorfman now owns 5.9 million shares in Everyman, representing about 8.3% of the company's total issued share capital.
Shares in Everyman closed down 0.7% Friday at 200.60p each.
