LONDON, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Shareholders in British privateequity firm Electra voted in favour of activistinvestor Edward Bramson joining the board at a general meetingon Thursday.
Shareholders in Electra, which owns restaurant chain TGIFridays in Britain, voted 53.5 percent in favour of theresolution by Bramson's investment vehicle Sherborne toappoint Bramson to the board.
Shareholders also supported a separate resolution to appointformer Sherborne Chairman Ian Brindle as non-executive directorto the board.
