LONDON (Alliance News) - Connection, monitoring and control products manufacturer Elektron Technology PLC on Tuesday said its chief financial officer will now stay with the company.
Andy Weatherstone had been set to leave in March in order to resume running his turnaround consultancy. But Elektron said Weatherstone will now remain CFO after they came to terms on a time management arrangement between his respective roles, saying he devote the "vast majority" of his time to Elektron.
Elektron shares were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 6.83 pence.
