Chelverton Asset Management Ups Stake In Elektron Technology (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Elektron Technology PLC said on Thursday that Chelverton Asset Management Ltd has increased its stake in the investment company to 5.4% after a transaction on Tuesday.

Chelverton Asset Management raised its holding to 186.1 million shares, equivalent to a 5.37% stake. Prior to the transaction, Chelverton Asset Management's stake in the company was below the disclosure threshold.

Shares in Elektron Technology were trading down 0.5% at 35.12 pence per share on Tursday.
