LONDON (Alliance News) - Molecular diagnostics company Epistem Holdings PLC on Monday said it has started the full commercial launch for Genedrive tuberculosis tests in India.
Epistem said it is working alongside Indian commercialisation partner Xcelris Labs, the Indian genomics products and services testing company.
"Full commercial TB launch in India is an important next step in the commercialisation of Genedrive," said Epistem Chief Executive David Budd.
"The target pricing of Genedrive and TB test cartridges makes our product an attractive commercial and clinical alternative to traditional diagnostic techniques," he added.
Epistem shares were flat at 90.00 pence on Monday.
