Empire Metals Ltd - exploration and development firm - Sells Georgian assets to Toronto-listed Candelaria Mining Corp for up to CAD7 million, about GBP4.1 million. Will receive initial consideration of CAD2 million in Candelaria shares, with CAD5 million worth of payments subject to performance milestones. Says Mike Struthers will join Candelaria as chief executive officer but remain a non-executive at Empire. Empire's Non-Executive Chair Neil O'Brien will stay on, but joins Candelaria as a non-executive.
