LONDON (Alliance News) - Cenkos Securities PLC said Wednesday Chief Financial Officer Phillip Anderson is stepping down from the company as it completes the acquisition of Smith & Williamson LLP's advisory and corporate brokerage division.
As a result of the GBP2 million acquisition, 12 Smith & Williamson clients have transferred to Cenkos.
Among the 12 clients are Quadrise Fuels International PLC, Dart Group PLC, Diversified Gas & Oil PLC, Sound Energy PLC, and Echo Energy PLC.
Separately, the financial services firm said CFO Anderson is stepping down on March 31, to "pursue other interests". Cenkos said the process to appoint a successor has started.
Shares in Cenkos were down 2.4% Wednesday at 61.00 pence each.
