Deepverge PLC - York-based skin product test services company formerly known as Integumen PLC - Recieves valid acceptances from Modern Water PLC shareholders in respect of 424.2 million Modern Water shares, representing around 80.8% of Modern Water's issued share capital. Offer remains open until 1300 GMT on Thursday next week. Terms agreed in August for deal which values London-based wastewater firm Modern Water at around GBP21.3 million. Offer unconditional as acceptances received from more than 75% Modern Water shares. Should Deepverge receive acceptances for or otherwise acquire 90% of more of Modern Water shares, is will conduct a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares. Also receives notification from warrant holder to exercise warrants over 178,571 Deepverge shares, with the aggregate consideration being GBP35,714.
