Devro PLC - Glasgow, Scotland-based maker collagen products such as sausage casings for food industry - Hires Chantal Cayuela as independent non-executive director from January 1. Cayuela leads the research & development and innovation team for US food maker Kellogg Co's European business. At the same time, Paul Withers will retire as non-executive director, and Lesley Jackson will be promoted to senior independent director.
