Tyman PLC - London-based windows and doors supplier - Non-Executive Chair Nicky Hartery buys 100,000 shares at GBP3.57, worth GBP365,500, on Wednesday. Hartery joined the Tyman board on October 1 and became chair on December 1. Hartery was chair of Dublin-based construction materials firm CRH from 2012 to 2019. His executive career included time at US industrial conglomerate General Electric Co and personal computer maker Dell Inc.
