----------

Young & Co's Brewery PLC - Wandsworth, south London-based pub chain - Promotes Chief Operating Officer Simon Dodd to chief executive officer, as Patrick Dardis plans to step down at the annual general meeting on July 5. Says Dodd was recruited three years ago with succession planning in mind. Dodd was on the board of rival pub chain Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC before joining Young's. Dardis was CEO for six years and worked at Young's for 10 years in total.

----------

Centrica PLC - Windsor, Berkshire-based owner of British Gas - Promotes Kevin O'Byrne to senior independent director, starting June 1. O'Bryne is chief financial officer of grocer J Sainsbury PLC and has been a Centrica non-executive director since 2019. He replaces Stephen Hester as senior independent director. Hester is the former chief executive of RSA Insurance Group and Royal Bank of Scotland Group, now NatWest Group PLC. He is stepping down from the Centrica board after six years at the AGM on June 7.

----------

Genedrive PLC - Manchester-based molecular diagnostics company - Hires Russ Shaw as CFO. Shaw was finance director for a fellow AIM listing, consultancy firm Driver Group PLC, for 10 years. He joins Genedrive on Wednesday next week and takes over as CFO from Matthew Fowler on April 7.

----------

Bushveld Minerals Ltd - vanadium producer in South Africa - Ian Watson will retire as non-executive chair "over the course of the next few months" and won't stand for re-election at this year's AGM.
