LONDON (Alliance News) - Driver Group PLC Wednesday said it had acquired certain contracts and goodwill of PJ Consulting Ltd and its proprietor Peter Ho, a Hong Kong based arbitrator, mediator and quantum expert.
Ho, who Driver Group says is an experienced, respected and long-standing consultant in Hong Kong and the wider Asia Pacific market, will join the company and head up its Hong Kong office that will open on October 1.
"This is another significant step in delivering our strategy of expanding our platform in Asia Pacific and providing support to clients in this region operating globally," Driver Group Chief Executive Dave Webster said in a statement.
Driver group provides construction and engineering consultancy services. Its shares were down 1.8% at 118.3 pence Wednesday morning.
